Shannon is the Department Secretary for the College of Business Graduate Programs and loves working for the graduate students and with the graduate faculty.
She is the primary contact via e-mail, phone or walk-in for students interested in an MBA or the MS in Information Systems Management. Students can contact Shannon for assistance with everything from the application process, to scheduling and registration, to graduation clearance and commencement. Shannon feels that if a student has a problem, than she has a challenge.
Shannon and her husband Joe are avid bowlers. They have two children, Elizabeth and John Dean, and they all enjoy trips together in their new Winnebago motor home.
